Forever 21 pretty tulle skirt with vertical pearl pattern (pearls are a light gray color). Double layer of soft tulle and lined. Rushed waistline, side zip and extra pearls attached for repair. I paid $29US but skirt has the detail and elegance of a pricier piece. Color states charcoal but more of a slate blue to my eyes. Length: 18.5" - 19" Waist laid flat: 13.5" **Size states M but I think it fits more like a S - XS (pls see approximate measurements in pics)** So cute! New with tags. Non smoking home.
