Antique Indian Wooden camel Saddle with Iron Fittings, 18/19th Century Antique, cantle with prominent pommel with decorative iron rivets, the tree bound with iron plates pierced overall with palmets, sides each with a rectangular iron panel and repeated ‘floral / cross shapes. Decorative, collectible item. Left completely untouched and as sourced - grubby, rusty, rustic - could polish up beautifully! Some Areas where the metal Has come away from the wood (main at back left facing) - see photos Wear and rust Structurally solid - just the metal area as described above Incredible historic item 47x 34 x 29cm high - all approximate and to the farthest points Definitely one for those who love the unique and things left untouched and as found.
