This dress has such great potential. Dropped waist, relaxed fit . Pleated bottom. Very prim and proper but with an edge. I bought it in vintage shop with and idea of wearing it under knitted west or sweatshirt. There is some marks on the collar but i was planning to pin it like a funnel neck with a brooch. They might come out. I never noticed it before only when taking pictures. Made in uk. One of a kind.
