The wreath is wrapped with a ribbon featuring a black and white piano keyboard design. The bow at the bottom center of the wreath has the same design as the ribbon. The wreath is decorated with light green leaves, light blue and pink dots or berries, music notes, trumpets, and a saxophone, the face of Mr. Mittens, two faces of 22 with different expressions, and the face of one of the Counselor Jerries.
