FINE EUROPEAN (EU) PORCELAIN CUP WITH ARTISTIC DEPICTIONS OF THE EIFFEL TOWER, ARC DE TRIUMPH AND NOTRE DAME (PRE-FIRE).
THESE ILLUSTRATIONS ARE SUPERIOR QUALITY AND ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, GIVING THE CUP A VERY ANTIQUE LOOK. THIS CUP IS HARD TO FIND, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE, AS WE HAVE TRIED TO LOCATE OTHERS.
THE 24K GOLD HAS WORN OFF SOME AREAS, BUT HIS ONLY ADDS TO THE ANTIQUE LOOK OF THE DESIGN. THE CUP IS PURE WHITE PORCELAIN WITH COLORED DESIGN AND GENUINE 24K GOLD TRIM.
UNDER THE CUP IS A STAMP WITH THE FOLLOWING: "HIGHEST QUALITY (WITH A CROWN DESIGN) MADE IN EU WITH 24 CARAT GOLD".
THE CUP MEASURES: 3 1/2" DIAMETER AT TOP, 2 3/4" DIAMETER BOTTOM, 5" CENTER DIAMETER WITH HANDLE.
OTHER THAN THE MISSING GOLD TRIM IN SOME PLACES, THERE ARE NO DEFECTS TO THIS CUP. Unfortunately, the 24k gold does not want to photograph well....it is remarkable!
