This piece has the whimsical, comforting feel of a grandmother's curtains wrapped up in a light, airy blouse. There are no tags to be seen, but the material feels to be a cotton/poly blend. Based on the measurements and how it fits on me, I would call it an XL. Additionally, based on the style and material used, I believe this piece is from the 60's or 70's. There was a small spot, but I have removed it with a vinegar solution soak and a couple of washes. The area where the spot was is shown in the last photo. No visible flaws.

Waist: approx. 18.5" (where it is bunched up)
Length: approx. 24"
