Gorgeous vintage brooch by Catherine Popesco, France. This Art Deco design is one of her older early pieces done in maroon/deep red enamel with black and gold accents around with Swarovski crystals. You can’t tell by the photos, but the entire pieces has thick clear cost over the top of the enamel and crystal design, so it is all protected. The metal is silver metal or pewter?
