Original Disney Pixar Toy Story Rex action figure by Thinkway Toys, from the early Toy Story era (circa late 1990s to early 2000s). This is an original vintage release, not a modern reissue.

The figure itself is NEW and UNUSED, still sealed in the original factory blister and has never been removed or played with.
The cardback packaging is heavily damaged due to improper long-term storage. Damage includes tears, creases, bends, and areas reinforced with tape. The damage is to the packaging only, not the figure.
