Vintage Girl's Dress. Size Label says 22-55 CMS (I don't know what size that means.) I would guess size 4-5
I measured from shoulder to hem, it is 27-28". It is about 13 inches just below the black on the bodice.
There is a single hook/eye closure at the neck
It appears to be all cotton with ribbon trim applied
The photos are pretty close to accurate on the colors: Rust and Black with Gold Metallic threads at the bodice.
