You are looking at a very RARE cassette by Roseanne Cash titled Somewhere in The Stars on Columbia records catalog number FCT37570 in 1985. This came from a high ranking officer in Columbia records personal collection. This pre-production version was given to the higher-ups before the official pressing. Very very rare. The tape is in excellent condition with a home made label not the factory labels used for sale copies, the jewel case is in excellent condition with no cracks and the inlay is in excellent condition with no writing or creases.
