Pair it with top can tap and recharge measuring refrigerant hose to get your a/c working properly. The R-134a Recharge hose adapter can be used with the High Mileage Vehicle R-134a Refrigerant, 12 oz.Note: this product is not for use with older style R-134a cans that require piercing.
